"I called late 2024 to discuss my auto policy coverage and premiums. I connected with Patrick and he assisted me with understanding the premiums and changes that take place annually in the insurance industry. We made some adjustments which ended up saving me some money and I appreciated the candid dialogue. I also needed to Change insurance carriers from my home insurance policy. As a longshot, I asked to see if that was something possible as I have an older home and he was able to not only give me a great quote, but explain in detail next steps and coverages. Fast forward to today Where he took time out of the day to help. Ensure the new policy was received by the mortgage company, and that I was aware the changes were made. I can’t say enough about the service Patrick provides and how grateful I am to have an agent who actually speaks to me in a way that I can follow. He makes the process easy and clear which I appreciate."

"At first they seemed really interested in helping me with my insurance needs but I guess I wasn't a big enough customer they took too much time over 5 days to try to get my paperwork all together so I went with a different company but the place was very professional will try in the future this place for other needs"
